These terms and conditions ("Terms") document is an electronic record for the purposes of the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act") and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time, and the applicable provisions relating to electronic records in other statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or electronic signature.
This is a legal and binding agreement between You, the user ("User" or "You" or "Your") of the Services (as defined below), and Kuku Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Kuku Technologies Private Limited and Mebigo Labs Private Limited), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 06, GBD Within Godrej Business District Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli, Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400079 and corporate office at UrbanVault 262, 3rd Floor, 16th Cross Road, HSR Sector 6, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560102 ("Kuku", "we", "our", "us") stating the Terms that govern Your use of the Services provided by Kuku, through Kuku TV made available through website, application, software, and its APIs, data feeds, players, and other formats in which it is made available now or in the future ("Kuku TV").
By accessing or using these Services You/ Your parent/legal guardian (in case of minors) consent, agree and undertake to abide, be bound by and adhere to these Terms, our privacy policy (accessible at https://kukutv.app/privacy-policy) and our community guidelines (accessible at https://kukutv.app/community-guidelines) along with any other terms which govern our Services. If You do not agree to these Terms, You are not entitled to avail or use the Services and any use thereafter shall be unauthorized.
Kuku owns, operates and licenses Kuku TV and offers a personalized subscription to Kuku TV that allow Users to access audio-visual content available on Kuku TV ("Kuku Content") over the internet on internet-connected devices ("Services"). For the purpose of these Terms, 'content' shall mean and include the text, software, scripts, graphics, logos photos, images, sound recordings, audio, podcast, radio programs, songs, music compositions, mp3, mp4, long form videos, short form videos, movies, reels, HDshows, audio-visuals, digital comics, e-books, courses, interactive features and other multimedia entertainment materials, metadata, and other materials accessed on or through the Services.
The Service, including the Kuku Content, is regularly updated. We therefore do not guarantee that particular content will be available on Kuku TV at any given point in time.
Our Service may contain commercial content, such as branded content or sponsorship messaging, promos for Kuku Content or information about other Kuku goods or services.
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are available for individuals who have attained the age of majority, i.e., 18 years and above in the case of India. If You are below the relevant age of majority in Your jurisdiction, You may access the Kuku Services / app only under the supervision of a parent/guardian and in accordance with applicable law which enables a minor in Your jurisdiction to access such a service. However, in all cases, only persons of the age of majority are allowed to register an Account on the Services and will always be responsible for the operation of any such Account.
A User may avail the Services by creating a registered user account on Kuku TV to access certain features/ Kuku Content which may not be available without registration ("Account").
You confirm that all data and information You provide to Kuku and its affiliates for the creation of the Account ("Registration Information") is accurate, complete, and current, and You agree to keep it updated. You agree and undertake that the Account created by You shall not be a fake profile, i.e., created by using false information or impersonating another person on our Services by using their name, photo, claiming to be someone other than yourself, or through any other means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and proper use of Your Account ID and password and for all activity through Your Account. You shall notify Kuku promptly of any breach of confidentiality or unauthorized use of your Account.
If any loss is caused by any unauthorized use of Your Account, You may be liable for the losses suffered by Kuku or others due to such unauthorized use. Kuku shall not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorised use of Your Account.
Subscription: You may subscribe to a plan of Your choice out of the subscription plans offered by Kuku ("Subscription"). All of Kuku's Subscription plans can be viewed on Kuku TV's payment landing pages, which provide details on the plans, modes of payment and other Subscription related details. After the creation of Your Account and the Subscription, You will be able to access Kuku Content through Kuku TV app or internet browser. Your Subscription will continue until terminated by You or by Kuku in accordance with these Terms.
We may change our Subscription plans and the price of our Service from time to time. In order to get the latest information on Subscription plans, please visit Kuku TV app or browser.
Some Subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at Your sign-up or in other communications made available to You. You can find specific details regarding Your Subscription by clicking on 'account' or 'profile'.
Payment: To use the Service, You must provide us with one or more Payment Methods. Our Subscription plans include recurring payments (auto-pay mandate), providing You with continuous access to our Services until cancelled. Unless You cancel Your membership before Your billing date, You authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to Your Payment Method (see Account Cancellation section below).
By purchasing a paid Subscription, You authorize Kuku (or its payment partner/app store) to accept payment through a debit card, credit card, internet banking, Unified Payment Interfaces or through, e-prepaid wallet or other payment method ("Payment Method") which are routed through our third- party payment service providers.
Purchase through Kuku Coins: Kuku allows Users to purchase coins and use them to unlock episodes and shows of their choice on Kuku TV. Different types of coins with varying values can be earned or paid. Kuku TV offers two types of coins: Coins You paid to us ("Paid Coins") and coins we give You for promotional purposes, without charge ("Promo Coins"). Paid Coins and Promo Coins are collectively referred to as "Kuku Coins". The detailed terms and conditions for Kuku Coins can be accessed athttps://kukutv.app/support/coins
Free trial: Kuku may offer a free trial as per its discretion. To start the trial, a refundable verification/authorization charge may be processed to confirm payment details. This is not a fee and is reversed as per bank/card-network timelines.
Plan Downgrade on Failed Auto-Renewal (Quarterly Plans): Where a User is subscribed to a quarterly subscription plan offered by a Service which the Company designates as eligible for this mechanism (currently, the ₹699 quarterly plan, and such other quarterly plans as the Company may designate from time to time) (each, an "Eligible Quarterly Plan"), and the Company is unable to collect the renewal amount through the User's Payment Method on two (2) successive attempts on account of insufficient balance or any other Payment Method failure (such status referred to as "Auto-Pay Not Realised" or "ANR"), the User authorises the Company to attempt collection of progressively reduced renewal amounts corresponding to the Company's then-applicable lower-priced quarterly plan tiers, through the existing auto-pay mandate.

Unless You cancel before the free trial ends, Your Kuku Subscription will convert automatically to a quarterly plan and Your Payment Method will be charged on the calendar day after the trial ends. If payment cannot be collected when due, we may suspend or downgrade Your access until payment is successful.
Cancellation: You may cancel Your Subscription at any time, and You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of Your current Subscription period. To cancel Your Subscription, please go to Kuku TV → Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions thereafter. For more details or assistance, You may contact our customer support team via the in-app live chat feature for quick help, or email us at support@kukufm.com.
If You are on a paid Subscription, the cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of Your current Subscription period, after which You will be downgraded to the free version of Kuku TV. However, if You are on a free trial and choose to cancel Your free trial before the expiry of the free trial period, Your access to the Service will end immediately upon cancellation, and You will not continue to have access for the remainder of the free trial period.
Refund: Users are eligible for a refund if they request it within 24 hours from the date of purchase, including the first auto-renewal of the subscription, provided the Service has not be used. Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original Payment Method within 5–7 working days. In order to raise queries or to seek clarifications regarding refunds, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team atsupport@kukufm.com. For instant communication, You may also raise queries through our chatbot available on Kuku TV app or on the browser.
Renewal: The Subscription will be auto-renewed through Your Payment Method upon expiry of Your free-trial via the auto-pay mandate or unless You cancel Your auto-pay. You may choose to not renew Your Subscription. For this, You must cancel Your Subscription by accessing Kuku TV -> Settings -> Subscription -> Cancel Subscription. Auto-pay mandates can only be cancelled by You through Your Payment Method/banking channels as creation/deletion of such mandates are individual and private banking transactions. To cancel auto- pay mandates, please reach out to Your Payment Method facilitator. For any further guidance on auto-pay cancellation, please raise a query on Kuku TV chatbot.
Kuku TV may offer a referral program under which existing users ("Referrers") can share a unique referral link or code provided in-app ("Referral") with non- registered users. If a person who is not already registered ("Referred User") accesses Kuku TV using that link or code, completes sign-up, and purchases a Subscription on their Android application downloaded through the Android Playstore only, the Referrer will be eligible to receive cashback, subject to these Terms at the then-current referral program rules.
You will earn a cashback for each successful Referral transaction. A Referral is considered successful only when the Referred User uses Referrer's referral link or code to install Kuku TV app and takes a Subscription of the android application. The Referred User's purchased Subscription plan should not be less than the premium Subscription offered on Kuku TV at the time of the Referral.
Upon each successful Referral, the Referrer will earn INR. 50 (Indian Rupees Fifty only). There is no overall limit to the amount a Referrer can earn from this Referral program.
A Referred User shall get a 50% (fifty percent) discount, or as may be specified on the Subscription payment page as per the discretion of the company, on the purchase of their first premium Subscription by using a Referral link/code. Please note that this discount is only applicable to the first transaction made by a Referred User on Kuku TV android application.
A Referred User shall not be eligible to get a refund in the event the subscription is availed on a discount through the use of a Referral link/code.
A Referrer can redeem their earnings directly into their bank account via UPI ID, which is mandatory for any benefit under the Referral Program. Each redemption will be processed using the Referrer's UPI ID after completing a one- time KYC process. The referral link/code may be updated by the system every three months. You will earn rewards only from users referred during the active period of the Referral program. Any cashback-related queries should be raised within 15(fifteen) days of the transaction.
Referrer is eligible for earnings only if Referred User has not previously transacted on Kuku TV. Both the Referrer and Referred User must use the latest version of Kuku TV to be eligible for earnings.
Referrer's earnings will remain in a pending state for 3 days from the date of earning. If the Referrer earns more than INR. 18,000 (Indian Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) in a financial year, tax will be deducted as per applicable laws. Redemption will be processed manually in such cases. Once the Referrer raises a request, our team will contact the Referrer to transfer the amount. You can withdraw Your cashback within three months from the date of earning. If You fail to do so, the reward will be forfeited.
For every redemption request, the minimum redemption amount should be INR.50 (Indian Rupees Fifty only). The redemption amount cannot be modified once initiated if the total eligible redemption exceeds INR.50 (Indian Rupees Fifty only). Partial redemption is not permitted. For instance, if a Referrer has earned INR.500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only), they must redeem the entire amount in a single transaction; redeeming only a portion for e.g., INR.200 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred only) will not be allowed.
Kuku reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or terminate any offers, promotions, or conditions without prior notice. Kuku may also deny cashback, revoke referral benefits, or suspend a user's access to Kuku TV in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. For the purposes of this clause, fraud includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Referrer and the Referred User share or use the same device, payment method, credentials, or network parameters. Participation in the Referral Program is subject to acceptance of, and compliance with, all applicable Terms and Conditions of Kuku TV.
Kuku TV may offer interactive puzzle-based games ("Games") on its platform from time to time for eligible subscribers. These Games may include, without limitation, jigsaw puzzles, trivia, quizzes, or other engagement-based activities themed around shows, movies, or content available on the Kuku TV platform.
Participation in the Games is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Kuku TV.
Only users with an active Subscription on Kuku TV shall be eligible to participate in the Games. No separate entry fee, participation fee, deposit, wager, or stake is required to participate in any Game. The Subscription fee paid by a user is solely towards access to Kuku TV content and platform services and is not charged specifically for participation in the Games.
A user shall become eligible for consideration for a cash reward only upon successful completion of the applicable Game within the timelines, rules, and conditions communicated on the platform. Successful completion of a Game does not guarantee selection for a reward.
From amongst users who successfully complete a Game, Kuku TV may, at its sole discretion, select certain users for cash rewards through a random draw, lucky draw, or such other selection mechanism as may be determined by Kuku TV from time to time.
The amount of the cash reward, number of winners, timelines, eligibility criteria, and other Game-specific conditions may vary for each Game and shall be displayed on the relevant Game page or otherwise communicated by Kuku TV. Kuku TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any Game, reward structure, or eligibility criteria at any time without prior notice.
Cash rewards shall be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Cashfree, and shall be credited only to the eligible user’s verified bank account or such other supported payout method as may be enabled by the relevant payment partner from time to time. Prior to processing any payout, the user may be required to authenticate and authorize the transaction through mobile number verification, One-Time Password (OTP) confirmation, bank verification, and/or such additional verification or compliance checks as may be required by the applicable payment service provider, banking partner, regulatory authority, or applicable law.
Users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification and any additional verification or compliance checks required by the applicable payment service provider, banking partner, regulatory authority, or applicable law before receiving any reward. Failure to successfully complete such verification may result in withholding, cancellation, forfeiture, or delay of rewards.
Kuku TV shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, rejection, reversal, or inability to process payouts due to incorrect bank account details, failed OTP authentication, incomplete KYC verification, technical failures, payment partner restrictions, banking issues, or regulatory requirements.
Users acknowledge and agree that participation in the Games is intended solely for promotional and user engagement purposes. Since no separate entry fee, stake, wager, or consideration is required specifically for participation in the Games, the Games are not intended to constitute gambling, betting, or wagering activities under applicable laws.
However, users residing in jurisdictions where restrictions relating to online games, prize-based games, or promotional contests may apply participate in the Games at their own discretion and risk. Kuku TV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or disable access to the Games in any jurisdiction if required under applicable laws, regulatory directions, or internal compliance requirements.
Kuku TV may disqualify any user or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, manipulation, automated participation, multiple account creation, collusion, misrepresentation, suspicious transactions, violation of these Terms, or any activity that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Games. Kuku TV's decision in relation to eligibility, winner selection, reward distribution, and disqualification shall be final and binding.
If any taxes, levies, deductions, or statutory obligations become applicable on rewards under applicable laws, Kuku TV may deduct such amounts as required before processing payouts. Users shall be solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from receipt of rewards.
Any queries or disputes relating to the Games or rewards must be raised within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the relevant Game or reward announcement. Kuku TV reserves the right to reject claims raised after such period.
Participation in the Games constitutes deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Kuku TV in relation to the Games.
Kuku TV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, terminate, or withdraw the Games or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Limited License: Kuku grants You a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non- commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Kuku TV and to view the Content only during the subsistence of Your Account, solely within territories where Kuku makes such Kuku Content lawfully available to You, and strictly in accordance with these Terms. No ownership or intellectual property right in any Content is transferred to You. A parent/legal guardian may create and manage an Account for a minor in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Accounts and licenses are otherwise not transferable.
Kuku self-classifies Kuku content into U, U/A 7+, U/A 13+, U/A 16+, and A (18+) along with descriptive tags, which are displayed on Kuku TV. You should exercise Your full discretion in viewing the Kuku Content.
The Service and any content accessed through the Service is for Your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with other individuals. You shall not use another's Account without permission.
Some features/content of the Service may be geo-restricted. You may access the Kuku Content only within the country in which You have established Your Account and only in geographic locations where we offer our Service and have licensed such content.
You must not access or use the Services, or any Kuku Content, by any mechanism or method that conceals or falsifies Your actual geographic location or otherwise circumvents our territorial controls. Prohibited methods include, the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, anonymizers, Tor, DNS or IP-spoofing, GPS/location spoofing, emulators, or modified device/network settings that misrepresent Your location. Service and content availability may vary by country/region due to licensing and legal requirements. We may detect and enforce territorial restrictions (including by reviewing IP address, network and device location settings, and similar signals) and may suspend or terminate access where circumvention is suspected or confirmed.
Kuku Content is available for temporary download and offline viewing via the Kuku app on certain supported mobile devices ("Offline Titles"). Offline Titles can only be accessed by Premium users. For Premium Users, there is no restriction on the number of devices, or downloads for Offline Titles. Limitations may apply, including restrictions on the time period within which You will need to begin viewing Offline Titles and how long the Offline Titles will remain accessible. If You do not log into Your Account on the Kuku app for a continuous period of seven (7) days, You will be automatically logged out and the downloads will be removed from the downloads section in Your Account.
The quality of the display of the Kuku Content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as Your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of Your Internet connection. Kuku shall not be liable for any quality variations faced by You for any such factors outside the control of Kuku. You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with Your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
Kuku may temporarily suspend access to all or part of Kuku TV for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business continuity reasons. Where practicable, Kuku will provide advance notice and will use reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.
Kuku may modify, remove, or discontinue any aspect, feature, or functionality of Kuku TV at any time (acting reasonably), and where practicable will provide notice.
Kuku shall not be liable for non-availability caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including acts of God, war, riots, strikes, epidemics/pandemics, governmental orders, floods, fires, failures of public utilities, or satellite/network failures.
If You use any Kuku- TV, or software component, You agree that it may automatically download and install updates (including bug fixes, enhanced functions, modules, or new versions) as part of Your use.
Kuku is the owner or valid and lawful licensee/assignee of all Kuku Content made available on Kuku TV. Kuku owns in entirety all intellectual property associated with the Kuku Services/ Kuku TV. No license or leave is granted by way of these Terms to You or anyone to exploit in any manner Kuku's intellectual property except for the limited license given to You under these Terms.
You must not remove, alter, bypass, avoid, obscure, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary notices, any digital rights management (DRM) or content protection or access control measures (including territorial/geo-filtering and age-gating), or any watermarks applied to the Kuku Content.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by Kuku in writing, You must not copy, download, capture, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, perform, display, sell, transmit, retransmit, frame, deep-link, make available, or otherwise exploit the Kuku Content or create derivative works from it.
Where Kuku provides a "download" or "save for offline use" button, You may use it only within Kuku TV, for personal, non-commercial, time-limited offline viewing, subject to DRM and any usage rules displayed to You.
You must not distribute any part of Kuku TV or Content in any medium unless Kuku makes available the means for such distribution through functionality offered by Kuku TV (for example, the Kuku Embeddable Player or the explicit download/offline feature).
Kuku does not permit copyright infringing activities or infringement of intellectual property rights on the Services, and Kuku will remove all content if it is properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights in accordance with an appropriate court order. Kuku reserves the right to remove Kuku Content, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
You agree to use the Service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. Except as explicitly authorized by us, You agree not to:
We may terminate or restrict Your use of our Service if You violate these Terms or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the Service. Kuku reserves the right to decide whether Your conduct violates these Terms.
The Services may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, applications, services, content, features, payment processors, app stores, or social media plug-ins (collectively, "Third-Party Services"). Kuku does not control, endorse, monitor, or make any representations or warranties about any Third-Party Services, and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality, security, practices, or policies (including privacy, cookies, data collection, or marketing). Links are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement or verification.
Your access to or use of any Third-Party Services (including any purchases, transactions, downloads, or account connections) is solely between You and the applicable third party and is subject to that third party's terms, conditions, and privacy policies. It is advised that You should review those terms and policies carefully before using any Third-Party Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, You agree that Kuku shall not be liable for any loss, damage, harm, malware, data breach, tracking, or other consequences arising from or related to Your use of any Third-Party Services. Kuku may remove or disable access to any link or integration at any time without notice.
You understand and agree that the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuku and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Kuku Entities") disclaim all warranties, conditions, and representations, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage and assume no responsibility for any (i) Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access to and use of our services; (iii) Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein (iv) Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party and/or (v) Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the services, KUKU does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party
Without limiting the foregoing, Kuku does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; that defects will be corrected; or that Content will be accurate or complete.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites/services. Kuku does not control or endorse, and is not responsible for, any third-party content, products, services, advertisements, or policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between You and those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Kuku Entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms, whether based in warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, whether or not Kuku is advised of the possibility of such damages.
You specifically acknowledge that Kuku shall not be liable for the Content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with You.
The total aggregate liability of the Kuku Entities for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) INR 499 (Indian Rupees Four Hundred and Ninety-Nine); or (b) the total fees You paid to Kuku for the Services in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The service is controlled and offered by Kuku from its facilities in India., for India. Kuku makes no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
Users who access or use the Services from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Kuku Entities from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Our process and timelines:
Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of Your grievance within 24 hours of receipt.
Tracking: We will issue a unique ticket/reference number so You can track Your complaint.
Disposal/Resolution: We will dispose of/resolve Your grievance within 15 days of receipt, or sooner where required by law.
We may contact You for additional information, we request You to respond promptly, failure to provide requested details may delay resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without Kuku's prior written consent. Kuku may assign these Terms (in whole or in part), including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, with notice to You where required by law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Content Grievance Redressal Mechanism together with any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and Kuku regarding the Services and Kuku TV.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary (or severed), and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision by Kuku is not a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law/jurisdiction, assignment, and payment obligations will survive termination or expiry of these Terms.
Notifications: You hereby consent, agree and authorise Kuku to send notifications on SMS/RCS/Messages/Promotional/Information Messages
Change in Policy: Kuku reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, with or without prior notice (we will provide periodic notice of material changes), to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify these Terms and to impose new or additional rules, policies, terms, or conditions on Your use of the Services (collectively, "Revised Terms"). The Revised Terms will be posted at https://kukutv.app/terms-condition and will be effective immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is stated. We recommend that You periodically check that page for the Revised Terms. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes Your acceptance of all Revised Terms. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits
