IAS officer Raghav Saxena initiates an investigation into billionaire Rudra Dhanraj for child deaths linked to his factory, facing brutal intimidation but remaining defiant. Despite his desire for revenge, Shivay reluctantly agrees to help save the afflicted, including Ananya. His urgent mission is repeatedly thwarted by Rudra's imperious wife, Vishakha, who publicly humiliates him and destroys his life-saving medicine. Shivay is also mistakenly apprehended by a skeptical police officer, while the patients' conditions critically deteriorate. Rudra, initially driven by arrogance and class prejudice, rejects Shivay's help, even as Ananya's heart monitor flatlines. A shocking revelation exposes Rudra's past conspiracy to destroy Shivay's research and imprison him. As Ananya's life hangs by a thread, Rudra is compelled to grant permission for Compound X to be administered, shifting the power dynamic. The "rescue" operations are then revealed to be meticulously staged traps by Shivay for retribution against corrupt industrialists. Shivay confronts Rudra, withholding the antidote to force a public confession of corporate negligence, including responsibility for 31 child deaths. Rudra, now seemingly aligned with Shivay to save Ananya, becomes an agent in Shivay's scheme, cornering other industrialists like Vikram and Luthra. These industrialists, whose daughters also face life-threatening situations, are forced to confess their heinous crimes, including framing Shivay and building empires on human lives. Luthra further reveals a conspiracy to falsely implicate Shivay in an assistant's murder. Ultimately, Shivay dismantles Rudra Dhanraj's corrupt empire, upholding justice for the downtrodden and becoming a champion for systemic justice.
