A powerful patriarch, Chetan Mehta, initially seeks to secure his family's lineage by arranging marriages for his three sons, Nevaan, Vihan, and Arjun, who are revealed to be identical triplets. His plans are dramatically interrupted by the appearance of a young boy, Anay, whose DNA astonishingly matches all three sons, making individual paternity scientifically impossible. This revelation ignites a profound family crisis, forcing the patriarch to declare all three as the child's parent. Further investigation uncovers that Anay is the result of a scandalous, undisclosed event seven years prior, involving the three sons and a woman named Anya, later identified as Kanika, Anay's single mother. Anay is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic disorder, making the identification of his biological father crucial for his survival. Kanika faces immense societal judgment and familial rejection as an unwed mother, desperately trying to protect her son while navigating the powerful Mehta family. The patriarch, also referred to as Mr. Nirvan Mehta or Aatish, becomes intensely involved, initiating a public search for Kanika and Anay and orchestrating bizarre arrangements for his sons to spend time with Kanika. The sons are forced to confront their past, with Nevaan confessing to a past intoxicated encounter and Dr. Vihan realizing he may have a child from a drug-induced night. Kanika secures a mysterious job in the family's opulent bungalow, bringing Anay into a world of wealth and secrets, where he becomes a target of cruelty and abduction. She is pursued by multiple men, including Sahil (one of the sons) and Nirvaan, who proposes marriage despite her past. The narrative further complicates with additional DNA tests revealing Vihaan as Amrit's father and Nirvaan as Aneka's father, exposing more long-held family secrets and betrayals. The show explores the desperate quest to uncover Anay's true paternity to save his life, the dangerous romantic entanglements, and the profound consequences of a shared traumatic past on the Mehta family and Kanika.
