TILOTTAMA

A pleasure-seeking man, Partha, dismisses warnings and becomes instantly captivated by a mysterious woman, Thilothama, after a crash, inadvertently setting in motion a series of brutal, supernatural events in a tranquil rural village. Thilothama quickly becomes the focus of conflicting beliefs, seen by some as a divine nymph and by others as a malevolent demon responsible for a spate of killings. As an investigator arrives, a corrupt inspector attempts to cover up the deaths, while locals try to trap the enigmatic entity. Years later, Harshan returns to his ancestral palace, driven by the need to uncover the truth behind his father's murder, suspecting a dark conspiracy involving the villagers and Thilothama, and defying warnings to confront the mythical figure. Concurrently, a mysterious young woman, Ragini, arrives, also investigating her father's decade-old death, and is soon suspected of being the "Thilothama" herself, further entangling the past with the present. The village faces an existential threat from a ruthless corporate developer planning a resort that would destroy their sacred traditions and environment, adding another layer of conflict. Amidst this, ancient secrets and a decade-old trauma surface, revealing a sinister plot involving the exploitation of young women and a past murder linked to Thilothama. Multiple investigations by filmmakers, mentalists, and truth-seekers begin to redefine Thilothama, shifting her perception from a divine savior to a cursed, death-bringing entity and a malevolent demon. Some, like Siddhu, initially defend her, believing her to be a vigilante, while others seek revenge for their fathers' deaths, believing Thilothama to be the killer. A powerful guru and a priest are commissioned to subjugate Thilothama, with one even extracting a confession for a father's murder. However, a warrior-hero, Arshan, along with allies Rareeka and Rahini, emerges to protect Thilothamma and other local women from patriarchal forces, challenging the tyrannical control of figures like Rajesh. The show weaves together supernatural horror, murder mystery, and ancient mythology, as various characters uncover terrifying truths about Thilothama and their own intertwined destinies, leading to a confrontation between myth and brutal reality where the fate of the village and the truth about Thilothama hang in the balance.
