Devoted wife Shivi's world is upended by a shocking series of betrayals and medical errors. Initially overjoyed by her pregnancy via artificial insemination, she soon discovers her husband, Ajay, is having an affair with her best friend, Aarti, who also claims to be pregnant. The betrayal deepens when Ajay cruelly dismisses Shivi, and it's revealed that Aarti's baby isn't Ajay's, but belongs to the enigmatic billionaire Vikrant Kishore due to a critical sperm mix-up. Facing public humiliation and a demand for divorce, Shivi learns Ajay is infertile, exposing Aarti's pregnancy claim as a lie. Driven by a sense of debt to her childhood friend, Dr. Kyra, Shivi makes a desperate sacrifice, agreeing to be a surrogate for Mr. Kishore, igniting a path of revenge fueled by past secrets. Cast out and accused, Shivi enters a world of high-society contracts, first with CEO Viren, then with Vikrant Kishore, navigating constant surveillance and public scrutiny. She endures further humiliation from Ajay and Aarti, who publicly accuse her of infertility, leading to physical altercations. Despite the transactional nature of her initial engagement with Vikrant, romantic tension unexpectedly ignites between them. Shivi fabricates a pregnancy to navigate Vikrant's suspicious family, and he dramatically outbids Ajay for her deceased mother's heirloom, solidifying his protective feelings. However, their burgeoning relationship is challenged by Vikrant's glamorous ex-fiancée, Deepika Shah, who attempts to diminish Shivi and orchestrates a deeper conspiracy involving Ajay. Shivi's past resurfaces with Ajay, who threatens to expose her alleged infertility, only for Shivi to reveal his own condition. Amidst this, Shivi becomes pregnant with Ajay's child via artificial insemination while engaged to Vikrant. The drama culminates in Shivi's violent abduction by Ajay, who holds her captive, asserting paternity over her unborn child. Vikrant dramatically rescues Shivi, leading to her revelation of pregnancy and a confrontation about Deepika's manipulative betrayals. Vikrant passionately confesses his love and proposes marriage. Shivi, now identified as Mukti, then reveals a profound secret: she became Vikrant's surrogate due to an accident, but later admits she lied about being the surrogate to protect the child's biological mother. Despite these complex revelations, Vikrant embraces their unconventional bond, and as past betrayals are resolved, their love blossoms, and justice is administered. Shivi's journey transforms from a victim of deceit to a woman who finds love, family, and justice, protecting her child and uncovering her true identity.
