The microdrama centers on Harsh, a compassionate healer with a complex past, whose life intertwines with several individuals and ancient secrets. Initially, Harsh navigates a difficult personal life, breaking off an arranged engagement with Alka and publicly shaming her mother, before miraculously curing the critically ill patriarch Maheshwar Ji with unconventional methods. Concurrently, a vulnerable Lali develops unrequited feelings for Harsh after he heals her, only to be terrorized by an obsessive stranger, Jaggu, and dramatically rescued by the protector Arsh. Harsh's own arranged marriage to the powerful CEO Simar then becomes a central conflict, as he attempts to annul it, but Simar, driven by a past debt and a daring wager, moves into his humble home, challenging him to fall in love. Their unconventional cohabitation sparks an unexpected connection amidst Simar's peculiar sleepwalking habit. However, their burgeoning romance is threatened by corporate warfare and personal vendettas. Harsh, revealed as a brilliant formulator, devises a revolutionary beauty product to save Simar's company, while his past resurfaces with Alka seeking his help to save her terminally ill mother, Meena, whom Harsh miraculously cures despite their bitter history. A sinister corporate threat emerges with Shyam, initially a playboy, revealed to have a dark agenda against Simar's family, and the powerful Karan attempting a hostile takeover of Simar's company, leading to violent confrontations. The narrative deepens as Harsh discovers his magical heritage as an heir to ancient Vedas, forcing him to leave Lali for her protection and embarking on a quest to expose the powerful Devariya family. Simar is brutally kidnapped by the formidable Vikas Mahasabha, learning she is a "key" in Vikas's sinister grand scheme, which also ensnares Harsh in a generational vendetta against him and the enigmatic healer Advaith. Harsh and Simar reconcile after an attack, and Harsh banishes Simar's betraying mother, Gauri, who subsequently forms a dangerous pact for vengeance. The stakes escalate further with the sudden disappearance of Simar's father, Maheshwar, revealing a kidnapping plot orchestrated by Karan, aided by the vengeful Gauri, to lure Harsh into a deadly trap. Harsh heroically confronts Karan, protecting Simar and her father, though a mysterious detail about spilled blood raises questions. The ordeal concludes with Maheshwar's recovery and the tender revelation that Simar's doctor, who has been caring for her father, is her future fiancé, solidifying their commitment to family and each other. The show explores themes of healing, protection, corporate intrigue, ancient magic, and the enduring power of love against formidable adversaries and deep-seated vendettas.
