The story begins with a mythic disturbance, as an ascetic’s intense penance becomes so powerful that even death cannot reach him. That spiritual force draws concern from Yama and Chitragupta, who fear the balance of dharma may be broken. When the ascetic asks Mahadeva for lasting happiness and a deathless life, a divine transformation begins and a soul is transferred into another body. From there, the narrative settles into domestic and social drama around Hari, who wakes confused, returns to Pavithra, and tries to regain stability in his life. Their household is repeatedly tested by poverty, rent pressure, and sudden intrusions, while Pavithra remains a steady source of warmth and protection. Across the wider world, Harish emerges as a healer with unusual knowledge of herbs, stones, antiques, and remedies, and his skills attract both desperate people and suspicious rivals. He is drawn into conflicts over dangerous medicines, rare ingredients, and the legitimacy of his practice, with Mithran sometimes supporting him and sometimes deepening the tension around him. Harish’s efforts gradually expand into a plan for an Ayurvedic shop, and the dream of building Aanandha Aarogyam becomes a symbol of hope, dignity, and survival. At the same time, his domestic bonds remain fragile, with Pavithra’s recovery and trust carrying emotional weight alongside the business struggle. The shop’s growth is shadowed by accusations of fraud, public challenges, and investigations into Harish’s past, including rumors that he died and returned stronger. As Harish defends his medicine and exposes false claims, he also tries to protect those around him from humiliation and exploitation. Poverty continues to press on the vulnerable, from rent harassment to school-fee desperation, making money a constant source of danger. Tiger and other hostile forces turn the conflict darker, using debt, threats, and violence to control the market and punish resistance. The violence escalates from arguments and public tests into beatings, sabotage, and murder schemes, showing that the struggle is no longer only about reputation. Even so, Harish keeps trying to hold together healing, business, and family life. The later arc adds a stronger sense of fate, suggesting that Hari and Pavithra’s bond is not accidental but bound across generations. By the end, trust is damaged, enemies remain active, and the characters stand between fragile domestic hope and a much larger web of hidden danger.
