In a rural Indian village, the family of Pratap, including his sons Chotu and Bhaiya and daughter Tanuja, endures extreme poverty and public humiliation. Unbeknownst to his children, Pratap is secretly Dhananjay Singh, a wealthy former reality show host and media mogul named Bhanture, who hides his past to shield them from its corrupting influence and atone for past transgressions, including a fatal accident and cover-up.
