The microdrama centers on the tumultuous, fated love story of struggling entrepreneur Kartik Mehra and Aboni (also referred to as Avni), whose relationship is repeatedly tested by illness, betrayal, and manipulation. Initially, their love deepens with a proposal and unexpected pregnancy, but Aboni receives a devastating double diagnosis of infertility and terminal lung cancer. To protect Kartik from her illness and financial burden, Aboni self-sacrificingly pushes him away, feigning materialistic ambitions and abandoning him for the wealthy Rohan, leaving Kartik heartbroken. Unaware of her sacrifice, Kartik transforms into an ambitious CEO, determined to reclaim his empire and seek revenge for her perceived betrayal. He re-encounters Avni as an employee, asserting dominance and allowing his manipulative fiancée, Natasha, to humiliate and fire her. Avni's collapse reveals her grave illness, reawakening Kartik's buried feelings, yet he cruelly offers her a demeaning proposition. Avni endures systematic sabotage, public humiliations, and threats orchestrated by Natasha, who is driven by jealousy and class contempt, and whose family funds Kartik's empire. Amidst this, Kartik is forced into a strategic engagement with the manipulative heiress Tanuja, further complicating his relationship with Avni, who rejects money to leave him but accepts a mysterious agreement, causing Kartik heartbreak. Aboni, burdened by her terminal diagnosis, continues to push Kartik away, even demanding payment for an intimate night, a scheme orchestrated by Natasha. Kartik is compelled into a strategic marriage with Natasha, leading to Avni's public humiliation and denial at his engagement. Avni collapses at the engagement, confirming her severe lung cancer, which Natasha exploits by accusing Avni of faking her illness to manipulate Kartik. Despite his anger, Kartik grapples with profound pity and lingering affection as Avni's health deteriorates. Rohan, Avni's devoted protector, initially defends her, but Kartik later protects Avni from Rohan, whose actions become questionable. Kartik eventually uncovers Natasha's corporate betrayal, leading to the cancellation of their marriage. In a climactic turn, ruthless CEO Kartik orchestrates a corporate takeover and frantically searches for Avni, who is kidnapped and poisoned by Natasha, forcing Kartik into a contract marriage to save Avni's life. A poisoned Avni crashes Kartik and Natasha's wedding, leading to Natasha's dramatic arrest. Gravely ill, Aboni proposes marriage to Kartik, refusing medical treatment until he agrees, and through a spiritual invocation, she experiences a miraculous recovery. Their emotional reunion solidifies their powerful romantic bond, marking a new beginning free from the constraints of illness and past betrayals.
