Aanya, a gifted chef, is forced into a dangerous charade to save her critically ill mother, impersonating Anaya in a contract marriage with magnate Ishaan Kapoor. As "Simran/Anya," she navigates Ishaan's accusations of infidelity and divorce demands while secretly excelling in a culinary contest where Ishaan unknowingly targets her. Her hidden identity is constantly threatened, especially after she encounters Ishaan's abused children, leading to a tense confrontation and the discovery of a file hinting at her true self. The deception unravels as Ishaan discovers "Simran's" secret adoption of their children, leading to DNA tests and bitter conflict, further complicated by the tragic death of "Simran's" mother due to medical debt. This fuels Anya's quest for vengeance against Simran, whom she believes orchestrated her mother's death through medical malpractice. Simran's manipulative nature escalates, involving her lover in schemes and the mysterious disappearance of the children, Riya and her brother, whose lives are endangered by Simran's sinister intentions. Amidst this turmoil, Ishaan's feelings for Anya deepen, culminating in a public declaration of love and a marriage proposal, despite Simran's furious wrath and vengeful plots. Their budding romance is violently interrupted by mysterious attacks on Anya, plunging their family into peril and hinting at deeper secrets, including an elderly man's buried secret of selling a twin daughter. A sinister plot to eliminate Anya and her father for wealth emerges, making a young boy a target, while Simran's rage severely injures young Aman. A medical crisis reveals Anya as Aman's potential biological mother, and she herself is poisoned, requiring a desperate search for an antidote. The show culminates with the shocking revelation that Ishaan and Anya are siblings, exposed by a dying parent, alongside Simran's heinous crimes of murder, abduction, and fraud. Ultimately, Simran is arrested, and Ishaan, Anya, and Aman form a true family, with Ishaan and Anya agreeing to marry despite the complex family ties.
