The microdrama begins with young Arya's playful prank turning into a terrifying medical emergency when her heart stops, just as her parents, Neelima and Roshan, prepare for her 12th birthday. Roshan's urgent journey to the hospital is cruelly obstructed by a car crash, a demanding heiress, and a confrontation over a car dent, delaying his critical mission. Simultaneously, the only specialist who can save Arya, Dr. Raghunath, is kidnapped by thugs demanding ransom, further complicating her dire situation. Arya's distraught grandfather, Paresh, attempts to secure funds for her treatment, unknowingly diverting the money to ransom Dr. Raghunath, whose captors then increase their demands. Amidst this chaos, a powerful patriarch, also named Raghunath, initially dismisses warnings about Arya, only to face the terrifying realization that she might be his own daughter.
