The story centers on Dr. Romi, also called Rumi or Roomi in different moments, as she is pulled into a dangerous web of medicine, inheritance, and family power. What begins as a hospital crisis around a critically ill patient quickly becomes a fight over identity when the patient is linked to the missing Rudra heir and a vast corporate fortune. The patient is first treated as near death, but his sudden revival turns suspicion and greed into a struggle over a ring, money, and survival. As grief over Amar's supposed death spreads, family members use that loss to reshape the household and the company, while Nisha rises by presenting herself as the rightful daughter-in-law and heir.
