The series begins with powerful CEO Rishabh seeking a mysterious woman who once helped him, leading him to hire Tanvi and sparking an intriguing dynamic. Their connection deepens amidst Rishabh's grandmother's critical illness, which forces him into a conditional marriage with his ex-girlfriend, Varsha, whose father is the only surgeon available. Tanvi, harboring feelings for Rishabh, discovers she is pregnant and attempts to conceal it, only for Rishabh to confront her about their past and her pregnancy. A deadly conspiracy unfolds as Varsha orchestrates the murder of Tanvi's mother, marking Tanvi as the next target. Rishabh's forced engagement to Varsha crumbles as he uncovers her manipulative schemes, including a staged robbery and an assault on Tanvi, while his protective feelings for Tanvi grow. Paternity questions arise as Rishabh pursues Tanvi over her pregnancy, initially believing the child is his, and later discovering his son, Kabir, is alive, a secret Tanvi had kept. However, the true father of Tanvi's child, Dr. Abhishek, emerges as a key figure, initially needed for Rishabh's grandmother's surgery, but later revealed to be Tanvi's ex-lover. Varsha's elaborate fake pregnancy is exposed, further cementing her villainy and leading Rishabh to investigate her past to clear his name. Dr. Abhishek's darker intentions are revealed as he kidnaps Tanvi's son, Kabir, and holds Tanvi's father captive, blackmailing Tanvi into marriage. Tanvi is caught in a desperate struggle to protect her family from Abhishek's cruel coercion, while Rishabh works to expose Varsha and win Tanvi back. The show intertwines urgent medical needs, corporate ambition, and a simmering tale of revenge, as Rishabh and Tanvi navigate betrayals, paternity disputes, and dangerous obsessions to secure their future and family.
