A powerful CEO, Rishabh, becomes entangled with Tanvi after a mysterious night, a payment, and a car crash, believing she is a woman from his past. Their burgeoning connection is complicated by a love triangle, Tanvi's secret pregnancy, and Rishabh's past deceptions with other women, including a transactional romance with Varsha. Forced into a contract marriage with Varsha to save his grandmother, Rishabh faces further complications as Tanvi's mother dies suspiciously and she receives anonymous threats, plunging her into a dangerous conspiracy. Tanvi grieves her uncle's murder and discovers Rishabh is the father of her child, shattering his engagement to Varsha, who then plots revenge. Amidst these betrayals, Tanvi uncovers her mother's orchestrated murder and vows retribution, while Rishabh discovers Tanvi's secret abortion. Tanvi returns as a beauty mogul, secretly connected to Dr. Abhishek, who Rishabh desperately seeks for his grandmother's surgery, even resorting to kidnapping Tanvi's son, Kabir. Rishabh learns Varsha attacked Tanvi years ago to protect him, a secret Tanvi kept, and orchestrates his own father's arrest for fraud. A secret DNA test for Kabir hints at hidden paternity, while Varsha resurfaces, falsely claiming pregnancy with Rishabh's child to stop his impending marriage to Tanvi. Rishabh attempts to manage this crisis, but Tanvi discovers his infidelity, leading to their dramatic separation. Ultimately, an investigator uncovers Varsha's elaborate fake pregnancy, but Dr. Abhishek, obsessed with Tanvi and possibly Kabir's father, abducts her son. Abhishek blackmails Tanvi into a forced marriage, holding Rishabh and Kabir hostage for documents, forcing Tanvi into a desperate struggle for survival and freedom.
