The microdrama centers on the fated romance between Michael and Angel, whose childhood promise of marriage is abruptly broken by Michael's sudden departure. Years later, Angel, adopting various aliases like Sara, embarks on a culinary journey to pursue her grandfather's dream and search for Michael. Concurrently, Michael, now a powerful CEO known as Mr. Green, is desperately searching for his childhood savior, haunted by their past and an ancestral locket. Their paths repeatedly cross, leading to dramatic culinary showdowns, corporate intrigue, and Michael's mysterious touch allergy, which Angel's touch uniquely affects. A primary antagonist, Linda, a rival chef, emerges, actively attempting to sabotage Angel's career, win Michael's affections, and orchestrate dangerous traps, including life-threatening allergic reactions and physical harm. Amidst these challenges, Michael grapples with amnesia and the medical mystery of his allergy, while gradually recalling shared memories of a childhood "pinky promise" and Angel saving his life. The ancestral locket becomes a crucial symbol, confirming their intertwined destinies and revealing Angel as Michael's long-lost "Angel." Deception escalates as Linda manipulates Michael with a purchased locket, falsely claiming to be his savior, and another character named Angel attempts to enforce a forgotten childhood marriage promise. Sara faces accusations of illicit affairs and poisoning, orchestrated by Linda. Ultimately, Michael devises a high-stakes test to identify his true rescuer, which Sara passes by revealing intimate details of his past injuries, exposing Linda's elaborate deception. Linda is revealed as a dangerous villain behind multiple attempts on Sara's life and is apprehended for her wrongdoings. The show culminates in Michael and Sara's tender, fated reunion, rekindling their deep and destined connection.
