Zenlin begins as a poor young man with a hidden identity and an immortal-like secret, risking everything to escape poverty through a dangerous awakening ritual. The world he enters is brutally hierarchical, and the school system immediately sorts awakeners by rarity, combat value, and status. When his result reveals a rare 3S Forbidden Spell Mage class, the crowd mocks the danger of his path, but the revelation also marks him as someone impossible to ignore. He keeps his immortality hidden and refuses to depend on others, even as his power draws the attention of the principal and powerful families. Conflicts with rich classmates and public displays of forbidden lightning make his reputation grow fast, while the school begins treating him as a valuable asset rather than an ordinary student. At the same time, criminals and underworld figures discover that his body can regenerate, turning him into a target for traps, organ harvesting, and profit. He survives pursuit, resists coercion, and uses forbidden ice and fire techniques to fight back, but each victory exposes more of his secret to enemies who want to control him. Investigations into massacres, black-market deaths, and fire-based magic begin to circle around him, and multiple people insist that different names and identities may belong to the same missing man. Some search for him out of suspicion, while others search out of loyalty, leaving his true role in the violence unresolved in the eyes of the wider world. His ties to the Jin household and elite circles offer temporary protection, but those alliances are fragile and always shadowed by gossip, leverage, and hidden motives. Academy trials then widen the conflict, forcing him and other prodigies into survival tests where forbidden spells, life-force costs, and rank determine who advances. Rivalries sharpen as Yuki, Luo Chun, and other contenders clash over status, identity, and the right to remain in the house or school path. As the story expands, the Apocalypse Gate, Origin Relics, and Eternal Balance reveal that Zenlin’s immortal body is not a simple gift but part of a larger relic-linked destiny. Guardians, masters, and enemies all claim to know what he is meant to become, yet their explanations conflict and often hide manipulation or betrayal. The truth of his past remains incomplete, but it becomes clear that his body, his identity, and the relics are all tied to a struggle far larger than school politics. That struggle escalates into citywide monster invasions and supernatural war, where civilians, principals, officers, and awakeners are forced into desperate defense. Zenlin and his allies fight to protect Qingcheng and keep the relics out of enemy hands, while demon rulers and divine orders push the conflict toward a larger apocalypse. By the end of the batch digests, his secret is still not fully settled, but his survival has become inseparable from the fate of the city and the relics.
