Pria and Kailas, deeply in love and expecting a child, are tragically separated when Pria is forced to feign betrayal to save Kailas's life from his mother's blame for his severe heart condition. Further complicating their past, a ruthless patriarch separates their newborn twins, designating the male as heir and dismissing the female. Five years later, Kailas returns as a powerful CEO, consumed by bitterness and a burning desire for revenge, unaware Pria has secretly raised their daughter, Elen, and their son, Jacob. Believing Pria abandoned him, Kailas, under various identities like Mr. Gibbs and Caleb, subjects her to public humiliation, psychological torment, and actively denies Elen's paternity, demanding retribution for her perceived betrayal. Elen, critically ill with a congenital heart condition, becomes a pawn in his vendetta, with Kailas obstructing her urgent medical care. Pria, also known as Freya, desperately fights to protect her children from Kailas's relentless pursuit and other antagonists, receiving secret aid from an influential figure and unwavering support from a kind fisherman, her "fake husband." She is blackmailed into a coercive arrangement with Kailas/Mr. Gibbs to save her husband (Henry, the fisherman) and Elen, sacrificing her freedom and enduring his torment and captivity. Despite Kailas's denials, a medical crisis eventually reveals him to be Elen's biological father, but tampered DNA tests and manipulation by rivals like Reyna and Sissy lead him to disown Elen and forbid Pria contact. Throughout his cruel actions, Kailas's underlying love and guilt are hinted at, as he dramatically intervenes to save Freya from brutal punishment and banishes his abusive wife. The truth about their past separation slowly emerges when Henry reveals Kailas's mother compelled Pria to separate from him years prior, and Pria was wounded protecting Kailas. Kailas confronts and banishes his manipulative mother for orchestrating their separation. However, a cunning antagonist, Sissy, is revealed as a vengeful enemy, manipulating events and ultimately kidnapping Elen, aiming to destroy Kailas. In a climactic confrontation, a kidnapper seeks revenge against Pria and Kailas. Kailas endures brutal humiliation and abuse to save Pria, demonstrating profound devotion and refusing to betray her despite severe injury. During a chaotic police raid, a gravely injured Kailash (Calas) faces the vengeful antagonist. Freya reveals they share a daughter, Elen. Kailash, succumbing to his wounds, makes a poignant vow to marry Freya in their 'next life' before dying, leaving Freya with a legacy of enduring love and profound loss.
