The story begins with urgent medical crises that set a tone of desperation and emotional pressure, as a child’s life hangs in the balance and a mother begs doctors not to give up. At the same time, a young man is publicly rejected by a powerful family after claiming his place as a son, and that humiliation becomes one of the story’s first major wounds. Class conflict quickly widens the world, with the poor mocked by the wealthy and Pakhi Malhotra learning she has only weeks to live. Her illness and the fight over her property pull the characters into a race against time, while a mysterious cleaner-like man appears to be the only one who can help. That man is later revealed as Kabir, also tied to the hidden identity Acharya Agnivesh, and his medical skill becomes central to the plot. Kabir saves Pakhi, but he keeps his true life concealed, which only deepens the suspicion around him. His personal relationships then collapse into public heartbreak, as engagements are broken, love is rejected, and former partners turn against him after rising in status. The emotional conflict is repeatedly tied to class and power, with women and family members questioning whether Kabir is a fraud, a healer, or a man with hidden influence. Meanwhile, the Kapoor family and Kapoor Industries enter a full succession war, with boardroom votes, chairman struggles, and stock manipulation threatening the company’s survival. Kabir is mocked as an outsider and a cleaner, but he keeps revealing that he has leverage far beyond what others expected. As the corporate battle intensifies, his hidden power begins to overturn the family’s control and expose the weakness of those who dismissed him. Romantic conflict and business revenge merge when public marriage disputes, jealousy, and humiliation erupt around Kabir, Pooja, and Pakhi. Pakhi repeatedly chooses Kabir despite family opposition, even transferring wealth and standing beside him in public. That choice triggers inheritance fights, accusations of greed, and open hostility from relatives who want to control both the marriage and the money. Kabir is also forced to confront old wounds tied to his mother, and he demands apologies before offering help, turning mercy into a moral test. The story grows darker as medical emergencies, family collapse, and corporate ruin all feed into one another, with relatives forced to kneel, repent, or lose everything. By the end of the batch, Kabir has confirmed his authority, the Kapoor Empire is crumbling, and he returns as a powerful CEO to punish those who wronged him. Pakhi exposes fraud within her own family and chooses Kabir and his mother as her true family, while confessing her love. The arc closes on a tense, unresolved note, with a wedding interrupted at the last moment and the balance of power still shifting.
