Geetanjali, a powerful heiress, returns from hiding to a duty-bound marriage with Vikram, immediately facing relentless abuse from his mother and accusations from rivals Neda and Naina. She defiantly serves divorce papers, asserting her independence while managing her corporate empire and caring for her grandfather, Dadu. Dadu orchestrates a meeting with Rahul, rekindling a childhood connection, but Vikram dramatically interrupts, claiming their divorce is unfinished and accusing Geetanjali of marrying for money. The conflict intensifies as Naina exposes Geetanjali's alleged infidelity, igniting a plot by matriarch Reema to publicly humiliate her. A sensational news report brands Geetanjali a manipulative gold-digger, prompting Vikram to demand a divorce, fueled by accusations of a "Dubai party." Despite Geetanjali's denials, his mother's emotional blackmail forces the divorce. Post-divorce, Vikram confronts Geetanjali and Rahul, while an investigator uncovers a conspiracy involving Geetanjali and Rahul Singhania. Geetanjali then discovers she is pregnant, leading to a paternity mystery and a fierce confrontation with Vikram, who vows revenge, and she bravely exposes Naina's elaborate fake pregnancy. Ultimately, Geetanjali is revealed as the Agarwal patriarch's granddaughter and heiress, using her newfound power to publicly shame Vikram and his family. However, tragedy strikes as Geetanjali loses her child, believing herself cursed, and Vikram learns of their lost child, conceived through Naina's deceitful drugging, leading him to reject Naina. Neha dies, and Geetanjali is accused of her murder by Neha's Mother and Vikram, then forced into cruel servitude by Vikrant, who believes she murdered his sister and daughter, and is blackmailed using a secret involving Dadu. Dadu collapses and dies after learning of Geetanjali's immense sacrifices, including her miscarriage, transforming Geetanjali's grief into a burning desire for vengeance. Inheriting Dadu's legacy, Geetanjali immediately faces a murder plot and corporate intrigue, while Vikram, severely injured and accusing Naina of multiple murders, seeks Geetanjali's forgiveness. Despite rejecting Rahul, Geetanjali admits lingering feelings for Vikram, whose kidnapping by an obsessive woman, Zehna, forces Geetanjali to confront her true emotions and embark on a mission to save him from Zehna's control.
